In France, for months, even years, the world of justice has denounced unworthy working conditions, a loss of sense of the profession, an abyssal delay in the means allocated. In an attempt to respond to this, the Minister of Justice unveiled his action plan this morning.
Among the most emblematic measures: the increase in the justice budget, recruitment protected by law, halving the processing time for civil proceedings. Can that be enough? How to cure French justice of its ills?
