How much carob should be eaten per day?

How to boil and drink carob?
Carob is boiled in water and drunk. What needs to be done for this is to put the hard carobs in small pieces in water and boil them. Immediately after putting the carobs in the water, close the mouth and boil it on fire for 4-5 minutes. Leave the boiling carobs to infuse for 15-20 minutes with the mouth closed. The reason for this is that the aroma of the carob passes into the water. Then drain the carobs. You can provide hot or cold consumption.
