In the Marvel Universe there are heroes from all countries, not only in the USA, even if you don’t always notice it in the films. But how do all heroes or aliens get along with each other? There are several solutions for this, one sounds pretty silly.
Not all heroes in the Marvel universe come from the USA. In the various stories you also get to know important people from other parts of the world or even the universe.
Apart from the explanation that all of this is fictional and has to fit the plot, Marvel also gives reasons why the characters all understand each other. Especially at Thor, the explanation sounds pretty silly.

The all-tongue
How can Thor understand other people and beings? As God of Asgard, Thor did not take any lessons in other languages, but he understands his colleagues and enemies on earth and throughout the universe. For this, Marvel came up with an interesting concept: Allspeak or all-tongue (in German: All-Torte).
As a result, residents of Asgard and other gods can speak every language in such a way that they understand the other person in their own language (via Marvel Database). In Thor No. 617 from 2010, this concept is addressed when Thor speaks with a child’s version of Loki. There Thor explains that he too uses the all-tongue.
In the films, the topic actually comes up briefly, because in Avengers: Infinity War can understand Thor the living Baum Groot, who always says “I’m big”. When Rocket asks him, why he speaks Groot, Thor replies that he had the language in Asgard as an election subject. It is not 100 % clear whether he means that as a gag or the truth says.
