▸ The unrest in the Middle East does not seem to be close to an end. More than 1,000 people have died in Israel’s attacks on Lebanon in recent weeks, and at the weekend it was confirmed that Hezbollah’s top leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed in one of the attacks. And now Israel has gone a step further. On the night of Tuesday, they began a ground operation inside southern Lebanon. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a warning aimed at Iran that no country in the Middle East is beyond Israel’s reach. What does Israel’s ground operation actually mean? How far are they prepared to go, and how hard can Hezbollah possibly respond? Guest: Magnus Falkehed, Aftonbladet’s reporter on location in Lebanon. Producer and presenter: Olivia Bengtsson.
