One of the most loaded welcome offers in history disappears with the end of the Playstation Plus Collection. The catalog of free games will disappear next May following a decision by Sony.
When you bought a PS5, you were greeted with an extremely enticing proposition; join the Playstation Plus and benefit from access to a catalog of free games that can be downloaded at your leisure. This offer was the Playstation Plus Collection, and it had something to seduce since it included about twenty games among which we could find Call of Duty Black Ops 3, God of War, Final Fantasy XV, Bloodborne and a whole myriad classics just as good as each other. Except that Sony announced it recently, the Playstation Plus Collection is over. A decision that will take effect in early May.

New PS5 players had access to all the best games on the Playstation 4 from the moment they signed up for Playstation Plus. Except that from May 9, 2023, this collection will disappear from the Playstation Plus. But do not panic, players with access will always have the opportunity to play these games, provided they are added before this fateful date to their personal library. To do this, go to your “Playstation Plus” tab, then to the “PS Plus Collection” tab. Then add the games you want to keep to your personal library. You will still be able to access it after May 9 (from your library) on the sole condition of being a Playstation Plus subscriber.
