Prices in the housing market have now clearly turned downwards.
In June, the prices of condominiums had the largest decline in several years, and house prices also fell, according to statistics from Swedish real estate statistics.
– We actually have to go back to 2017 to find the same type of change in the housing market. It can be a lot of money, in Stockholm, for example, 5 percent, it will be a lot of money.
The biggest change can be seen in the Stockholm area, and the rest of the country is gradually following suit. And there is a clear winner now that prices are falling.
