Housing prices continue to fall across the board in Sweden, both for apartments and villas.
Since the peak last spring, house prices in Greater Gothenburg have fallen by almost 19 percent in total, new figures from SBAB and Booli’s price index HPI show.
During October, house prices fell the most in central and southern Sweden by 6.1 percent and in Greater Gothenburg it went down by 5.4, this is shown by SBAB and Booli’s price index HPI, which is based on all housing sales registered on Booli during October.
The prices for apartments have also fallen during October and the most was in Central Sweden where it fell by 3.6 percent.
