Within the province, the differences are great, the municipalities of Utrecht and Bunnik are the highest risers, followed by Ronde Venen (10 percent), Veenendaal (9.7 percent) and the municipality of Soest with 9.4 percent. In the municipality of IJsselstein, the housing costs will fall again by 1 percent, making it one of only seven municipalities in the Netherlands where housing costs are falling.
