Province of Utrecht – House prices continued to rise in the last three months of 2024, also in the province of Utrecht. Compared to a year earlier, houses became 11.5 percent more expensive. This increase is slightly less strong than earlier in 2024, when prices still rose between 12 and 14 percent on an annual basis.
