Province of Utrecht – House prices fell in the last quarter of last year, real estate association NVM reports. Prices fell by 7.3 percent in the province of Utrecht compared to a year earlier, and by 6.4 percent nationally. The NVM speaks of a turning point, because it is the first annual decline in nine years. However, higher mortgage rates are putting pressure on housing affordability.
