DC fans are apparently in for a whole new version of Supergirl with Alcock’s character. As the Hollywood Reporter quotes Gunn from an interview, there will be a clear difference between the sheltered upbringing of Superman and Supergirl. The latter is “grew up on a rock near Krypton and [habe] For the first 14 years of her life, she saw everyone around her die“. Even Rhaenyra’s fate sounds privileged in comparison.
