House of the Dragon Creator Takes Action on Angry Game of Thrones Fans

House of the Dragon Season 1 is over. And while many Game of Thrones fans are excited about the prequel, some are taking it Triggered by some developments of the final. Series creator Ryan Condal then broke the hat cord. He’s had enough of self-proclaimed character experts.

House of the Dragon creator is annoyed by Game of Thrones fans

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, he said:

Yes, please explained to me and [Buch-Autor] George [R.R. Martin]who is Daemon as a character. […] I have read every book multiple times, listened to all the radio plays and speak to George regularly. I’m in as deep as you can get in. I will anyway Making decisions that don’t please all of you. But George’s template is immensely important to me, both as a fan and as a showrunner.

Condal is responding specifically to the daemon displeasure of many fans. The character played by Matt Smith underwent a harsh development in the final episode of the first season, which went too far for some and moreover has no origin in the book template.

When is House of the Dragon season 2 coming?

It remains to be seen whether tempers have calmed down by the time Season 2 starts. Anyway, there is enough time. The second season of the Game of Thrones prequel House of the Dragon is coming probably in summer 2024 start up
