Several people are supposed to be stuck in an entertainment venue since 06:00 on Saturday morning, according to local media.
During the Friday evening there was a concert at the place and the newspaper De Telegraaf writes that the suspect must have arrived there at closing time with weapons and explosives.

The entire city center has been cordoned off, 150 homes have been evacuated and trains have been stopped. However, there are few details about what is behind it, say reporters on the scene.
– There are lots of police and firemen here. But we don’t see much, large screens have been placed, says journalist Marc Hamer according to the media company NOS.
According to the Dutch police, there are no suspicions of terrorist motives at the moment.
