Karlstad’s municipal housing company KBAB would send a text message to a resident that the contract expires at New Year’s, that cleaning must take place and keys returned. But a mistake was made and all 8,300 tenants received the same text message, reports P4 Värmland and KBAB apologizes.
The same message was on the tenants’ login pages at KBAB.
– Which makes it even more unfortunate, because then it can be perceived as really personal, says KBAB CEO Carin Skarman to the radio.
