With a new name, an adapted menu (including so-called premium steaks) and a renovated interior, Rhodos Pallas should conquer the culinary hearts of many Amersfoorters. “Nothing more is needed. The business still had a great year in 2023, so I have every confidence in it,” says the new owner.
