You have two options as to how you can redeem the codes. On the one hand, you can go directly to the official Honkai: Star Rail website and claim your gifts via the Redeem code page.

How do you redeem promo codes in the game? To get the rewards in the game, do this:
A message will appear indicating that the voucher code was successfully redeemed. You can then pick up your reward in your mailbox.
Even if you have already used the codes, you will first receive a message that the voucher code has been successfully applied. However, in this case you will not receive a reward in your inbox, just a note that you have already redeemed the code.
