(Finance) – Homizya company listed on EGM PRO and operating in the Build To Rent sector in the co-living formula, has closed the half yearly to March 31, 2024 with a Vvalue of Production consolidated amount of 1.2 million euros (13.9 million at 31 March 2023, which was mainly influenced by the purchase of the via Tucidide area), with a EBT negative for 486 thousand (negative for 29.7 thousand at 31 March 2023) and a loss pertaining to the group for 501 thousand (negative for 55.3 thousand at 31 March 2023).
The results of the first half of the year are in line with the state of the group’s activity, currently in development phase, the company underlines. Following the completion of the reclamation and strip-out activities and following the issuing of the necessary certifications and authorizations by the competent offices, the restructuring works of the Bistolfi and Thucidide projects are currently underway.
The EBT is negatively affected, for 145 thousand euros, by thedepreciation mainly the costs for the listing of the Company on the Euronext Growth Milan market – Professional Segment.
L’Net Financial Debt is equal to 8.6 million euros due to (7 million at 30 September 2023) the effect of investments made in the period.
