Province of Utrecht – Homeowners with a multi-person household will spend an average of 30 euros more on municipal housing costs next year than this year, according to a sample by the Home Owners Association. Total housing costs will be the highest in Montfoort: they will rise there by more than 106 euros. The ‘housing tax’ is also increasing in the municipalities of Utrecht, Houten, Bunschoten and Leusden.
