First, the ladies easily won the second semi-final against Skirö with 9–1 – and Villa thus has a chance to take the third straight SM gold. Tilda Ström scored four of the goals in the big win at home.
A little later in the day, Villa’s men managed to turn a 0–2 deficit into a 7–4 victory in the fourth semi-final against Bollnäs, despite being away. 3–1 in matches means that Villa is ready for the SM final for the fifth year in a row.
Villa’s men have taken SM gold in 2019 and 2021, but lost the finals in 2020 and 2022.
