HM has just revealed its guest designer for the new

H&M has just announced the most desirable collaboration of the year. Name of the designer, must-have pieces, release date… We tell you everything!

“We always aim to retain the signature style of the designers we work with and really embrace their unique vision.” Fashionistas’ favorite brand H&M has just made its next fashion collaboration official and it already looks incredible. After Alexander Wang, Isabel Marant and Kylie Minogue, the Swedish brand has chosen to partner with designer Anamika Khanna.

On the menu, a collection that will include women’s and men’s clothing, as well as jewelry and accessories. To design her capsule, the one who is known for her traditional wedding dresses drew on her Indian origins. Bright colors, delicate embroidery and precious silk, everything is there to make Indian fashion rediscovered by fashionistas around the world.I have always felt that Indian fashion gets lost when it is interpreted globally. Often it is seen as a costume or not wearable or modern enough.”regrets the seamstress. “This collection gave me the opportunity to take something that is quintessentially Indian and make it contemporary for an international audience.”

The key pieces of the collab? We can easily mention the white, green and yellow bralette-long skirt set, the silk caftan dress, or even the long patchwork coat designed as a resolutely versatile garment. “You can wear it with jeans, with shorts or with a sari underneath.“, explains the designer. There is not much longer to wait to discover the rest of the line, since it will be available in selected stores and online from September 5, 2024.

The collaboration between H&M and Anamika Khanna is not just about a collection of clothing and accessories. It also symbolises a bridge between tradition and modernity, between East and West. By highlighting the rich heritage of Indian fashion while adapting it to contemporary trends, this capsule opens a new era where cultural boundaries are erased in favour of a celebration of diversity and inclusion in the world of fashion…
