Turkey’s first astronaut Alper Gezeravcı shared his return message on his social media account. Gezeravcı ended his message with “Greetings from the window of the new world we are looking for!” It started with the following statements.
Gezeravcı used the following statements in his post: “As we expand the boundaries of science and discovery in the light of our rising star, I deeply feel the value and responsibility of this moment. We will wait a little longer to return to Earth.
“I look forward to returning to my country to add value to the steps our country has taken in the field of science and technology with the experiences I have gained in this unique journey.”
SPACE X ANNOUNCED
The return of the Ax-3 crew, including Alper Gezeravcı, to Earth was postponed once again.
In the statement made by the SpaceX company, it was stated that the adverse weather conditions on the Florida coast were unfavorable for return, and that the earliest date for the Dragon capsule to leave the International Space Station was planned to be Tuesday, February 6.
Space X had previously announced that the return, which was announced as February 3, was postponed to February 5.
