I need to understand,” explained the mother.

Asked about her feelings, Fanny Groll confided: “My instinct as a mother, my guts, my heart [me disent] that she is alive.” Returning to the day of the disappearance of her only daughter, she quickly ruled out the hypothesis of a voluntary disappearance. “She left with just her clothes on,” she said. remarked, also assuring: “It was going very well and she was really happy. The young girl was to join her boyfriend in Strasbourg for a romantic shopping day. To this day, the theory of kidnapping seems favored, that of. the accident having also been quickly ruled out.

Convinced that her daughter had been kidnapped and would be held by kidnappers, Fanny Groll said she thought “that the people who kidnapped her knew perfectly well what they were doing”. “I think it’s not a coincidence. We don’t pass by there by chance, it’s a route we take because we know it, it’s people who knew it would be there, who knew she lived there,” she believes.
