The research undertaken to find the body of Justine Vayrac is complex: the confessions of the suspect, who admitted to having killed and buried her, led the investigators to deploy a large device.
The investigation into the disappearance of Justine Vayrac, a young mother who disappeared last Saturday in Brive-la-Gaillarde, is accelerating. As reported The Parisian, since the confessions of the main suspect, who claimed to have raped, killed and buried the young woman, the police have made the murder hypothesis the priority track. The man suspected of having killed Justine Vayrac indicated this Thursday, October 27 to have placed the body in a wood, underground. Excavations are therefore currently taking place, they are being carried out where the suspect said he got rid of the remains of the victim. After a search yesterday around the home of the respondent, the search has gained in intensity, with the deployment of divers in the ponds, the commissioning of a helicopter and a drone equipped with a thermal camera.
According to information from Le Parisien, the suspect’s confessions were made several times during his police custody: he would have indicated “having raped Justine Vayrac under the duress of another man”, before retracting. A little later, he would have confessed to having killed Justine Vayrac and having himself buried her body in a wood, located a hundred meters above his home, located in Beynat.
