With Guardians of the Galaxy 3, the series about the superhero team gets its grand finale. Also joining the cast is Will Poulter, who plays villain Adam Warlock. Now is a new picture of the mysterious character appeared, about which director James Gunn doesn’t want to reveal too much just yet.

James Gunn describes Guardians of the Galaxy 3 villain as ambivalent

In an interview with the British film magazine, Gunn only briefly comments on the new Guardians of the Galaxy 3 antagonist, who may not just evil is:
It’s a little more complicated than that. But he’s definitely not a good guy. What we see is the infant form of Warlock, fresh out of the cocoon, and he doesn’t understand life very well. He’s basically a baby.
Perhaps Adam Warlock is going through one in the upcoming MCU blockbuster similar transformation as recently Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam and goes from villain to anti-hero on the Guardians side. The villain High Evolutionary, with whom Rocket has a brutal past, is waiting for the Marvel team in the next part.
We will know more by then at the latest May 3, 2023. Then Guardians of the Galaxy 3 starts in German cinemas.
