High workload, full trains and strikes: NS presents annual figures for 2022

High workload full trains and strikes NS presents annual figures

The shortage of personnel led to high work pressure for NS personnel and was one of the sticking points during the difficult collective labor agreement negotiations last year. NS staff went on strike several times; against the workload, but also for a higher salary. An agreement was reached in October. Train staff received, among other things, a wage increase of an average of 9.25 percent. The workload would not immediately be reduced, but unions assumed that more vacancies could be filled with this collective labor agreement.
