The football stadium derby between HJK and HIFK was interrupted for almost ten minutes due to the crowd noise in Töölö. The police had to intervene in the disturbance.

HIFK’s supporters, the majority of whom were wearing hoods, lit up HJK’s big sheet in their fan base after less than half an hour of the game.
The police had to intervene in the unpleasant incident. In addition, the police were grouped on the center line so that the HJK supporters would not have rushed to the end of the HIFK.
The players left the dressing room of the Töölö football stadium until the order supervisors and the riot police calmed down the threatening situation. The match was resumed after a seven-minute break.
Santeri Hostikka finished HJK’s 2–1 winning goal in the 87th minute of the match.

The police informed (you will switch to another service) late Monday night that it caught 35 people at the Stad derby and after. After the game, the police caught 24 people. The reason was to protect against crimes and disturbances.
