It was during a body search at the end of May that the police found, among other things, a bag with almost 100 grams of cocaine in the 32-year-old’s underpants. And during a later house search, a scale, doping agents and narcotics were found in several places in the apartment; for example in the bathroom cabinet, in a pack of cigarettes and in the pocket of a pair of women’s jeans in the laundry basket.
The man’s mobile phone contained correspondence that led to suspicions of drug trafficking, and the Västmanland district court believes that the man intended to sell the drug. The 32-year-old says he had absolutely no intention of selling drugs, but admits that he may have had “something small” on him for his own use in the form of cocaine, amphetamines and cannabis.
Otherwise, he claims that visitors left the stuff in the apartment after a party. He himself does not use doping agents or women’s jeans.
The man has previously been sentenced to prison for similar crimes and is also subject to care according to LVM (Act on care of addicts in certain cases).
