Not all land in Lunetten Park is owned by the municipality. About half of the plan area consists of privately owned, leased or put into use land that is not (yet) publicly accessible. The Lunetje Park will therefore be developed in phases, depending on discussions with tenants, users, other parties and the available financial resources.
