    A car has overturned in a lake north of Överum in Västervik municipality

    Two Swedish teenage boys have been detained in Denmark after two separate shootings in Kolding and Copenhagen respectively on Wednesday. According to the Danish police, young Swedes are recruited on social media to commit crimes in the country.

    A 17-year-old boy from Sweden is detained for four weeks in Denmark on suspicion of attempted murder after a shooting in Koldning on Wednesday, Danmarks Radio reports.

    During the detention hearing on Thursday, it emerged that a person was hit by at least three shots in the legs in connection with the incident. The boy has confessed to the crime but the police are looking for another man who they believe is involved.

    Just a few hours earlier, another Swedish boy, aged 16, was arrested for a shooting at Blågårds Plads in Nørrebro in Copenhagen, also on Wednesday. He is suspected of weapons possession and attempted murder of an unidentified person. Show more

  • More expensive to fill up – prices bounce back

    Leading fuel chains will raise the prices of petrol and diesel on Thursday after Wednesday’s reductions.

    The target price of 95-octane petrol at manned stations is increased by 20 öre to 18.69 kroner per litre, while the price of diesel is increased by 10 öre to 18.09 kroner

    The price of biodiesel (HVO100) will be increased like petrol by 20 öre to 21.04 kroner per litre.

    The ethanol price is reduced by 20 öre to SEK 14.49. The price of vehicle gas is unchanged.
