With the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and Radeon RX 7600, Nvidia and AMD recently released the cheapest graphics cards of the current generation to date.

You can find them here for the cheapest: According to price comparison sites, the currently cheapest model of the Nvidia graphics card including shipping costs is available in the form of the INNO3D GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Twin X2 for 436.99 euros at NotebooksCheap.

The cheaper and therefore somewhat weaker AMD competition is currently the cheapest in the form of the MSI Radeon RX 7600 Mech 2X Classic 8G OC for 295.03 euros at Galaxus.

Other dealers are currently more expensive, although usually only by a few euros. At Amazon, for example, the latter model costs 299 euros.

This is what the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and Radeon RX 7600 offer

Both graphics cards are entry-level models for the mid-range segment with their tightly dimensioned 8 GB of graphics memory primarily intended for gaming in Full HD resolution.

The GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (RRP: 439 euros) is on average only about 10 percent faster than its predecessor RTX 3060 Ti, but offers Nvidia’s leading feature set with DLSS 3, frame generation and Co., which also requires game support. A better 16 GB variant for 549 euros is to follow in July.

The Radeon RX 7600 (RRP: 299 euros) is about 30 percent faster than its predecessor, the RX 6600, but the RTX 4060 Ti lags behind by an average of about 22 percent in games without ray tracing and by about 32 percent with ray tracing.

The colleagues from Gamestar had already put both new graphics cards to the test and rated them partly as mixed.

In both cases, the limited graphics memory and the small generation gap were criticized in particular, while both are otherwise well suited for Full HD gaming.
