About thirty villas in Ringsjöbaden in Höör municipality have been under water for over a month.
Rain and snow every second has caused the nearby Ringsjön to flood. Homeowners have been forced to evacuate their homes, causing many to collapse – when it could have been stopped.
Jumping on the jet ski from the front door
28-year-old Piroz Maroufi is one of the residents at Ringsjön. To say the least, he has tried to solve the problem of getting ahead in a creative way.
In a video, you can see how he jumps on a yellow and black jet ski from the front door and drives out onto Ringsjön.
– I try to keep my head above water and make something positive out of everything, he says.
