Now the WC bronze heroes have reunited again – for an obvious reason.

It has been 28 years since our Swedish national football team danced one summer and exceeded all expectations. By returning home from the USA with a heroic WC bronze in 1994.

They were praised by the entire country and celebrated with a proper party with the fans in Rålambshovsparken immediately after their return home. Since then, the bronze heroes have reunited several times to rekindle the memories of the unforgettable summer of -94.

Among other things, the WC team has played several exhibition matches and in 2019 they received a lot of attention when it was the 25th anniversary of the WC bronze. After that, it took some time, but now the national team heroes have been reunited again.

The reunion
During the Thursday evening, some of the profiles gathered for the most perfect reason for a reunion. When the music group GES offered a concert, the same group that made the famous WC song in 1994, and the 94 gang took their seats around a long table by the stage.

The legend Thomas Brolin has published several pictures of everyone who was there and you quickly recognize their faces Jesper Blomqvist, Roland Nilsson, Anders Limpar and Lasse Eriksson.
“Mini reunion yesterday with players and managers with resp. at Cirkus and checked out GES,” writes Brolin along with the photos on Instagram, see below.
