Here the presenter interrupts the trick – exclaims: “Stop!”

When Marianne, from Svenstavik, scrapes Saturday’s trill in Nyhetsmorgon, it’s close to going really wrong. Saturday’s scratch card consists of two parts: First you scratch the number of years, then the sum per month you get for these years.

Then everything goes wrong

When Marianne, who works as a personal assistant, starts scratching the first pulley, everything goes as usual. In the first scratch, she gets 10 years. But when she then chooses the next lot, with the sum, it goes wrong. She chooses a lottery ticket, and just as she is about to start scratching, host Jenny Strömstedt exclaims at the last moment:

– Wait: Stop, stop, stop! Now they’re screaming in my ear, she says, looking at the trill Marianne chose.

– It’s a “number of years” lot there. We didn’t have time to turn the basket, it went so fast, says Jenny Strömstedt and laughs along with today’s tricycle scraper.

– Then I would have been beaten later if I hadn’t corrected you, she jokes.

Become a multi-millionaire

But Marianne quickly recovers from the miss and chooses a new, correct, lot. Which turns out to be a real lucky number. Namely, she gets 30,000 a month for 10 years.

– Well done! exclaims Jenny Strömstedt and continues:

– So it will be SEK 3.6 million.

When Marianne hears the total, she finds it hard to hold back the tears and gets a hug from the presenter. When asked what she will do with the money, she replies:

– I would like to take my children and grandchildren and mother on a trip abroad.
