During an undercover operation, the police chose to dress up as elves in order to enter one
dangerous area, reports AFP, referring to a statement from
local authorities.
– The police dressed up as Santa Claus to go unnoticed in this dangerous area
district, says police chief Walter Palomino during a press conference.
One of the “elves” broke into a house with a large sledgehammer. In the house found
two men who were arrested on suspicion of selling cocaine and marijuana.
– The strategy was successful. Christmas came to the evil reindeer, says Palomino. Hundreds of packages of drugs were seized during the operation.
During the press conference, the police presented one of the people arrested
the strike.
