The earthquakes that hit Syria and Turkey have claimed over 44,000 lives. However, miracles still happen. On Saturday, rescue workers discovered a man named Sami Muhammed Accar – after thirteen days in the racial masses.
– There are more in here. A woman and a child, says Sami when he is found.
Both his wife, Ragda, and a child could then be dug out alive. However, the child later died in hospital.
The couple lost all three of their children in the earthquake.
