Here the Christmas tree flies over Sörmland – for the last time with the SK60 plane

Originally, the Christmas tree flight was supposed to take place on Monday, but due to the weather, the Air Force Academy announced that they had to postpone it until Tuesday.

And in the afternoon it was time. Several gathered at, among other things, the western bell tower in Nyköping in order to catch a picture of the airplanes that quickly passed over the city.

Earlier, the Swedish Armed Forces announced that this year’s flight will be the last with the SK60 aircraft, which has been in active service within the Swedish Armed Forces since the late 1960s.

See how it looked in the video above.
