Last summer, the police’s surveillance camera caught the gun threat on the E14 in Sundsvall.

The men have long had a conflict, and it is supposed to be about an infected jealousy drama.
Now the man, who is from Sundsvall, is sentenced for unlawful threats after showing his replica weapon to the man in the car. The district court sentences the man to probation.

Already a year ago, he was convicted of attempted aggravated assault and aggravated unlawful threats against the same victim. Then he and another person had attacked the man in the car with a knife.
Even then, the victim came driving in his SUV on the E14 in Sundsvall. The police caught them red-handed and the man was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months in prison.
After the first attack, the victim told questioning he feared for his life, wondering what would happen if he had a gun next time.
