Jenny Rissveds became the second Swedish medalist during the Olympics in Paris. It was felt early on in the race that Jenny would be there to compete for the medals. The longer the race went on, you could tell that the Frenchman Pauline Ferrand-Prévot had created such a large gap down to second and third that those were the denominations that were relevant for Jenny Rissveds.
Received in Stockholm
Since Jenny had finished competing, she was able to travel home to Sweden and, together with judoka Tara Babulfath, receive tributes at the Mall of Scandinavia in Solna.
