In Here it all begins on March 4, 2022, nothing is going well for Jasmine who decides to approach the director of the establishment to implore him to spare her the ordeal of deboning poultry. Emmanuel insists and promises her to be expelled if she does not agree to the exercise. Anaïs tries to convince Jasmine who, during the evaluation, throws a real tantrum in front of the other students. She raises her voice in front of the evaluators, a knife in her hand. Anaïs succeeds in calming her down and disarming her, but the damage is done, the teaching staff must now decide on her future in the school.
For Emmanuel, the decision is all found: he must be excluded. But the other teachers, Rose in the lead, think there is another solution: send him to behavioral therapy to make him forget his phobia, which comes from his experience in the slaughterhouse. Teissier accepts on one condition, that it be quick and that she is therefore interned in a psychiatric hospital.
