Service scores annual survey of the service at various companies in Sweden is now complete. When it comes to the restaurant category, the company has reviewed a range of fast food restaurants, cafes and fast food restaurants.
This year’s winner is Max, who defends first place from last year. The fast food restaurant landed on a service index of 64.9.
It was all the worse for McDonald’s, which ends up at the bottom of the table.
