– Uppsala residents have been overrepresented as customers in the bakery in Stockholm, and Uppsala seems to be a warm dog town – so we decided to open here, says Peter Svensson, who together with his wife Nicoletta Andersson founded the dog bakery in Stockholm in 2019.
The shop owner Sofie Boman says that they have worked intensively on renovating the premises in central Uppsala. Now it has been filled with lots of food and sweets – everything from pupcakes to pupcorn and regular dog food.
– All our dog pastries are baked with natural ingredients and contain everything from chicken to salmon and mango. They are also approved by the Swedish Board of Agriculture, says Sofie Boman.
In addition to Stockholm and Uppsala, there is also a dog bakery in Gothenburg.
