Every year, Ica sends out a customer survey, which measures how satisfied customers are with “their” Ica store.
The survey rates, among other things, how pleasant the staff is and how much attention the customers receive when shopping.

Last year, Ica Supermarket in Jämjöhallen in Blekinge was named the best in the country for paying attention to customers. And this year too, the shop won the prize.
On Facebook writes Ica Supermarket Jämjöhallen:
