Dramatic images from Toronto in Canada – where a man struggles to hold on to a crane so as not to fall on the building material below – spread like wildfire on social media.
The man must have somehow got stuck in a rope, which caused him to end up under the crane.
– Oh my God, hold on! Just let your construction helmet fall, you can hear the man screaming.
The construction worker was eventually able to be lifted down to safe ground and was of course shocked but survived without physical injuries. An inquiry has been set up by the Department of Labor in the province of Ontario to clarify the incident.
