Calle Halfvarsson has become a father for the first time.
Now the long-distance star shares her very best three “daddy tips”.
– Yes… What could it be, he says.
Calle Halfvarsson has a couple of tough seasons behind him. The Swede has had difficulty keeping up with the absolute best, and prior to last year’s competition had not been on the podium since the 2018/19 season.
Is a new father
Last year’s season started on the same track as before. Halfvarsson didn’t quite get up to par before the turn of the year and was close to being kicked out of the Swedish Olympic squad for Beijing in February.
He finally took a place, but once there there was nothing for Calle Halfvarsson to be happy about – and traveled home from the championship in China without a medal around his neck.
But to Calle Halfvarsson’s great joy, he became a father for the first time during the summer. He tells us that it is very much new, but still has three excellent tips for all fathers out there.
Gives his best tips
Viaplay asks if Calle Halfvarsson can share his three best tips for being a good father. And the Swede’s answer is absolutely brilliant and neither we, nor Halfvarsson for that matter, can stop laughing.
– Yes.. What could it be, he says and continues:
– Be kind to the child. Keep an eye on the child. Feed the baby, says Calle Halfvarsson and bursts into laughter.
Calle Halfvarsson is currently in Torsby with the national team, which is getting ready for the upcoming season.
