According to Peter Noforslabor market analyst at Arbetsförmedlingen, there are two occupational groups where there is a shortage of people, both now and in the future.
– It is in healthcare and education, above all there is a lack of healthcare staff, he says News24.

It is difficult to get them into the world of school, but that may change now that the job market has cooled down a bit. Otherwise, it’s difficult, because they often get paid better at a job out in the countryside, says Peter Norfors and continues:
– There is also a shortage of preschool teachers. The need for primary and secondary school teachers is not as great, but it varies quite locally.
