The iPhone 16 prices have just leaked online and they are apparently going up for a good reason.
The prices of theiPhone 16 will once again make people grind their teeth. Last year, Apple created a surprise by announcing a range of iPhone 15s that were less expensive than their predecessors. Very good news that will ultimately be cancelled this year on certain models in view of the latest leaked information concerning the iPhone 16.
On the X account (formally Twitter) of the Apple Hub community, we can see a summary of the new features expected for the iPhone 16 range. This summary also includes the latest rumors regarding the price of this new generation.
The prices mentioned therefore reflect an increase for the Pro model, but a decrease for the first two in the range. The iPhone 16 Pro Max would see its price unchanged compared to theiPhone 15 Pro Max:
- iPhone 16: around €939 (€30 less than the iPhone 15)
- iPhone 16 Plus: around €1,059 (€60 less than the iPhone 15 Plus)
- iPhone 16 Pro: around €1,319 (€90 more than the iPhone 15 Pro)
- iPhone 16 Pro Max: around €1,479 (same price as iPhone 15 Pro Max)
We therefore observe two price drops and one price increase for the iPhone 16 compared to the previous generation. However, this could be linked to the absence of certain new features of iOS 18 blocked in Europe when the iPhone 16 was released (starting with Apple Intelligence).
