Donald Trump has never been speechless when it came to inventing nicknames for his opponents. Before the 2016 presidential election, his competitor Marco Rubio became “Little Marco”, while Ted Cruz became “Lying Ted Cruz”.
Next year, the threat seems to come from Ron DeSantis, who of course has also been given a new name by Trump: Ron deSanctimonious, after the English word for pretentious.
But Donald Trump has also given himself a nickname, “Humble” – “humble” in Swedish.
