Imprisonment up to six years
From now on, illegal threats, ill-treatment and unlawful coercion that take place with motives of honor are illegal. The new criminal designation entails a stricter penalty scale for those who, with a motive of honor, repeatedly commit certain criminal acts against a person and where the acts have been part of a repeated violation of the person’s integrity and have been likely to seriously damage the person’s self-esteem. The penalty shall be imprisonment for a minimum of one and a maximum of six years.
