In addition to life-size inflatable copies of the US HIMARS weapon system, the real version of which the US has donated to Ukraine, the Czech company manufactures about 30 other combat vehicles, the AP news agency reports.
The CEO does not want to say which countries they sell to, but all exports must be approved by the government of the NATO country Czech Republic.
The purpose is to mislead. Up close, it’s obvious that they’re not real threats, but at longer distances, the objects can fool the enemy.
