The time has finally come!
Once again, Linda Lindorff will go to farms all over Sweden to help farmers find love.
As usual, the season starts stealthily with a presentation of the participants so that the TV viewers will have the chance to send letters to the farmer who aroused their curiosity. You can write to the farmers until May 12.
Isak, 30 years old, milk production, Öland. Image source: TV4Isak, 30 years old, milk production, Öland
In the heart of beautiful Öland, just a quarter of an hour from Kalmar, lives the adventurous Isak. It was not a given that he would become a farmer from the beginning, but the decision grew over time and now it feels more than right for him to run the family’s large, modern farm together with his father. Isak is a driven person who likes to keep busy. There is always something to carve, weld and build on, in addition to the usual farm chores. But when the high season is over and darkness falls, it’s time to pack your bags and head to warmer latitudes.
Isak is an adventurer of rank who has traveled to all corners of the earth. His great passion is kitesurfing, which has taken him to many exciting places. Mountain climbing, hiking, skiing, diving, well, almost anything that gives a little extra adrenaline boost is on the list of things he enjoys doing. The coffee tastes best when you cook it in a spirit kitchen out in nature, but an evening at home with board games is also cozy.

At Long Valley Ranch, outside Nykvarn, you are transported directly to the American western. Here we find the western rider Göran, who runs his training business on the ranch, even though he lives a little way away.
Horses and western riding have been Göran’s lifestyle for many years. When he is not working on the farm, he competes in western cutting. With titles such as European champion, Nordic champion and five-time Swedish champion, Göran belongs to the sport’s foremost elite.
Here we have a man with great life experience and many adventures in his luggage. Before he found his love for horses, he worked, among other things, as both a ski instructor and a restaurant manager in Stockholm.
Göran thrives best with someone who is as active as him. But most important is the emotional bond you create with each other. His partner should feel seen and loved by him.
Anders, 34, dairy farmer, Näsviken. Image source: TV4Anders, 34 years old, dairy farmer, Näsviken
On a beautiful historic farm in Näsviken, just outside Hudiksvall, lives dairy farmer Anders with his soon-to-be three-year-old son. Together with his parents, he runs a small family farm of which he is proud.
In addition to farming, Anders has a great passion for genuine craftsmanship and old things: everything from vinyl records and beautiful porcelain to traditional Hälsinge cheesecake, preferably homemade with his own milk. Old songs also have a special place in his heart and the accordion comes to both everyday life and parties.
Anders is a bit of a romantic who likes to philosophize. There is even a place in the yard that he calls the Philosophical Corner. He often ends up here with a cup of coffee and dreams of the farm and the future. “It would be wonderful to find someone who appreciates the smell of freshly baked goods as much as I do.”
Alma, 24, dairy farmer, Mellerud. Image source: TV4Alma, 24 years old, dairy farmer, Mellerud
The youngest farmer this year is called Alma and she lives outside Mellerud where she runs the family’s dairy farm together with father Anders. Becoming a farmer has always been a matter of course for Alma. Already at an early age she had her sights set on it and hung out with grandma and grandpa in the barn in pajamas during the morning milking. Today, she is a trained agricultural technician and fully lives her dream as a farmer.
Here we have an active girl who has done both a girls’ classic and the Vasaloppet 45. When the ski track doesn’t beckon, it’s fun to get engrossed in a book. Alma loves fantasy and is a real Harry Potter fan. But the big passion is still cows. In addition to farming, she likes to compete with her “ladies” at various cow shows.
Kristian, 29 years old, meat farmer, Vittinge. Image source: TV4 Kristian, 29 years old, meat farmer, Vittinge Kristian lives on “Upland Manhattan”, more precisely a large farm outside Sala. The expression was coined in connection with a farm reportage and referred to the exemplary walkways built from straw on the farm. And the nickname lives on to this day.
Agriculture has always been part of Kristian’s DNA. Already at the age of six, he knew he would become a farmer. The farm is run today by Kristian and his parents. The passion for agriculture also extends outside the farm as he is active in, among other things, LRF.
Hunting on his own land is something he likes to do together with his gun bearer Dunder, an adorable hunting dog of the Münsterländer breed. Kristian has competed at a high level in Enduro, sport shooting and cross-country running. He likes to be active and cycling is close to his heart.
A lot of focus has been on the farm and building up the family business, but now the sights are set on finding the big love.
Farmer seeks wife – casting 2024 will be broadcast on April 1 on TV4 Play and TV4.
